Use the app to remotely:• Prepare for a trip by checking the fuel level, range anddashboard alerts.• Locate your vehicle on a map and get walking directions back toit.• Check if you left any windows or doors open.• Download your journey information to assist in claiming businessexpenses.• In the event of a breakdown, request Optimised JaguarAssistance.For vehicles with InControl Remote Premium (or for F-TYPE withInControl Remote) the following additional features areavailable:• Check on your vehicle security status and lock/unlock yourvehicle if required.• Cool or heat your vehicle to the desired temperature prior toyour journey.(Availability and function depending on vehiclecapability)• Reset your vehicles alarm if it has accidentally triggered.• Locate your vehicle in a crowded car park with the ‘beep andflash’ functionality.Download the App and log in using your Jaguar InControl usernameand password. To be used in conjunction with Jaguar vehicleswhich are fitted with the next-generation infotainment system,InControl Touch Pro, the Jaguar Route Planner App allows you tonavigate from door to door. Before setting out from your home, setyour destination from your smartphone and you’ll be directed toyour Jaguar as the app detects your vehicle's location. Thesmartphone app will then automatically sync with your Jaguar'snavigation system using the Cloud so your car will be ready to takeover navigating soon after you get in. Once you've finished yourin-car journey, navigation is then handed back to your smartphone,which provides any final public transport and pedestrian directionsto your final destination.In addition the Route Planner app also allows you to pre-plantrips and holidays by searching for places of interest orrestaurants and saving them as favourites from your smartphone.
